Peter Dodds is an acoustician, audio designer, media artist, and musician based in Seattle, WA.
Interested in the intersection of perception, cybernetics, and temporal structures, Peter's work utilizes technology to elucidate the hidden architecture of the natural world. His recent work has been featured at venues such as Bard College, Seattle's The Lab and Equinox Studios, and New York's CRAIVE-Lab.
Peter holds a BM from the University of Michigan and MM from the New England Conservatory in music performance and a MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in acoustics.
When not convincing his laptop to make strange noises, Peter helps create the future of personal audio as the leader of the Audio Systems Technology group at Sonos.
